Questions

Does any of our data go to outside AI providers?

No. The AI runs on your own server, so documents and questions stay on your premises. Nothing is sent to outside AI providers.

Do we pay per user?

No. You own the hardware and the system outright. There are no software subscriptions and no per-seat AI licences.

Which AI models does it use?

Open models whose licences allow commercial use, chosen to suit your tasks and hardware. We update them as better ones are released.

How many people can use it?

Typical setups start from small teams of around 10 users, and capacity can be added later.

Does it help with data protection?

It helps you meet confidentiality duties and data protection rules such as UK GDPR: staff sign in, activity is logged, and data is encrypted when stored and backed up.
